In mid-March, Jordan Brand achieved a media hit as he knows how to do by unveiling part of his collection in summer 2017. Unusual models and retro sneakers caught our attention. The Air Jordan 13 low occupies a beautiful place. Particularly highlighted in 2015 thanks to the Quay 54 or the Bred, it remembers to our good memory with the Brave Blue. It only confirms what we have seen for several weeks namely a return in strength of the most feline Air Jordan.
From the very beginning, number 23’s presence on the court invited comparisons to wildlife predators. This idea came to fruition in Tinker Hatfield’s panther-inspired design of the Air Jordan 13 Retro Low “Brave Blue/Black. Although its initial run consisted mostly of Chicago-inspired colorways, there were a few notable exceptions, including this off-court Air Jordan XIII Low colorway, which features a reflective mesh upper.
A University Blue Jumpman hits the tongue and insole, a metallic silver Jumpman attached to the heel and a white Jordan call out on the toebox take care of the branding. Finishing off the design is the black and white panther paw-inspired sole unit, which contains multiple Zoom Air units and a blue holographic marble.
An OG colorway from 1998, it’s quite easy to understand the hype over this colorway.. The new jordans 2017’s combination of Brave Blue quilted mesh over blue leather and suede, mixes perfectly, while a University Blue Jumpman graphic stands proudly on the tongue. The sole pods have been molded in the traditional white, providing a nice contrast to the mostly dark color palette. A metallic silver Jumpman graphic at the ankle completes the look.
